Claimant says:
"trying to get UCC filing released from them. never used them because it couldent get a hold of anyone to see if they would factor a company I was loading for. never used them at all now they are trying to extort money from me to get released. there is no where in contract where I have to pay them to quit or stop using them. I sent a letter to them stating that I know longer need there services on 8-13-13. if I had used them to factor any bills with them I would have owed them 4% of that bill, but did not factor any thing with them. I can't use any other factoring company until they release UCC filing. I am being pressured to pay them for nothing."

  • know where in contract is there a termination fee or anywhere is it said that I have to pay you any money to end the contract. Just give you a notice of intent. I did that. The only part that say anything about money is if I had factored a load with you, you were to be paid the % of the load money. I never factored any load with you. release the UCC file. I'm not factoring with any one at all......
