"On Sept 29th, we sent in two checks on Loan 71 7178 8812 One check was drawn on Dustin Hofmeyer personal account for $1650 -it was cashed applied to the loan balance. Also, in the same envelope was a check from Hofmeyer Farms for $1500. The amount was withdrawn from our account electronically on 9/29 Check #3140. We have faxed them that information withdrawn and paid to ED PHEAA for 1500. We faxed to them all the information and have spent literally hours with them on the phone. They have all the information and proof and continue to pass us around.....The last viable contact was Randall 717-720-3140 and he is now trying to debate the $1650 instead of staying on task and completeing the task at hand for the $1500. Check. We are struggling and they also go back and forth between Dustin Hofmeyer and Bonnie Hofmeyer -mother and signiture on the $1500 check"
