"I was charged $ 200.00 as a deposit for transporting my vehicle from state of va. to california but they did not deliver what they had promised and i had to cancel the deal due to a failure and decided to go with a different carrier, however i did not sign any contract with them.
Now I keep calling them for refund on my 200.00 deposit and they are twisting words and trying to get away with it and acting that it was not their fault"

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "Mr. Ahmad Naghdi did in fact contract us to transport 2 vehicles. As far as the statement that he provided "cancel the deal due to a failure" is miss leading, due to the fact that every client we sign up to transport there vehicle has to be notified with United States Department of Transportation which clearly states...Fast Track Auto Carriers agrees to facilitate a carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible and in accordance with the information you have provided regarding your vehicle, origin and destination. Due to situations beyond our control such as but not limited to inclement weather, mechanical breakdowns, road construction, remote pickup or drop off locations, difficult or limited lanes of travel, etc., we cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date and or time. Fast Track Auto Carriers does not guarantee the final price from the Carrier driver (C.O.D.). We are licensed transport brokers. The fee amount collected in order to process your transport is considered our fee to facilitate locating you a fully licensed and Insured Auto Carrier. This fee is Non-Refundable with no exceptions once your credit card is processed and your order is placed on Central Dispatch. Should this agreement be cancelled by you at any time before, during or after transport, all services on behalf of Fast Track Auto Carriers will be considered “Services Rendered”. For all orders cancelled prior to a carrier being dispatched for transport, Fast Track Auto Carriers will apply the nonrefundable fee collected to any future transport for the period of 12 months from the date of your original order."

  • I am having the same problem with them and see the same story on other sites. I think I see a class action lawsuit brewing here.
