Claimant says:
"Four and a half years ago , this company put on a coating for my mobile home roof. It was to prevent leakage and the product was warranted for ten years and the men who applied this coating were qualified and trained to do the job. Three years later, roof starts to leak, I have to have a complete new roof put on , floors and ceilings replaced in mobile home because of these leaks. The total cost for the repairs was nearly 6000 dollars. I paid 3000 for the original coating. I can NOT get any satisfaction from the company and my insurance would not pay. I contacted BBBureau and they could not get me a settlement f rom Family Pride either. I feel that a percentage of the original 3000 should be given to me."
