    To whom it may concern:

    This letter is to serve as our response to the above referenced dispute.

    On August 31, 2016, we spoke with Mr. Davis in regards to an offer of a magazine subscription service. After going over the details of the service, Mr. Davis authorized an order be placed on his behalf, confirmed his address, provided us his billing information and authorized scheduled monthly billings. We sent him a confirmation letter of his order on September 1, 2016 to the address he provided. We did not hear back from him with any questions or concerns, nor request to cancel as he claims he did when we spoke to him in November. We have processed and paid for his service as we promised.

    We will offer this settlement. We will adjust his account to a paid in full status, providing he will honor the payments made to date. He will receive service for monies paid and no further collection efforts will be made. We will put his information on our company’s Do Not Call list.

    We hope this settlement offer is in agreement with all parties involved.

    Please advise of your clients decision so we can resolve this matter.
