Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I contracted with this company to rent my timeshares last September & she told me she would rent it out pretty fast as soon as it got in the system which would be in about a month. I have not heard anything unless I called and she finally told me she had had no bites yet so we should reduce the price which I told her she set the price herself to start with but to go ahead & reduce it I wanted it rented out. I told her she should have already rented it out. I have rented a week out with RedWeek myself but they don't talk the same after they get your money. I paid them $1500.00 for nothing. Please advise what I should do. Shelby Byrd"

    We appreciate your patience in the rental process. While we have been advertising for you since the contract date, we cannot control when someone makes an offer. We suggest lowering prices and other changes to attempt to attract more renters but have no control over when they make a request. The funds you paid us were to advertise your vacation property to reach a renter and we have used those funds for advertising purposes. In addition your contract has an agreed upon 10 day cancellation policy that has expired so we cannot offer you a refund however we will continue to work diligently on getting you a rental offer.   • I feel I am entitled to my money back because you have done nothing for me. It has almost been a year since I listed with you. Also the girl gave me false information when she told me she would go to work & should have it rented with no problems within a month, 2 months at the most. I was lied to. That's the truth.

  • "The contract has an agreed upon 10 day cancellation period that has surpassed and the customer's property has been advertised per the contract terms. Our contract states we cannot guarantee a rental and funds from one time fee have been used to advertise the vacation properties"
