Claimant says:
"I had paid a 97 jeep off and didnt recieve my down payment back due to so called late payment that are to be as (fine) as told to me by owner and business chasier (the person taking the payments). when I had missed a payment it was due to a death, my fathers, I then asked if i could have just help with a mustang my father had been paying on the added my mother as the main title holder and myself to help her for insurance reasions as a co. signer i made a 700 dollar payment and stated to the cashier that if it was going to effect me from getting the down on the jeep that i wanted the payent to go to the jeep of 400 dollars then what was left to go to a green mustang 02yr but at that time i was reasured that it would not as long as i made it up the folowing month as stated out the owners mouth so i did just that and paid the full amounts owed of the missed payment and also made the following payment to the jeep and staied with making all payments to end out the sells i didnt resceive the 2000 dollars i had as a down payment back which i asked if the owner would prefere to hold the intrest and just pay out the mustang knowing it would cover the remainning balance owed on it. The owner says no i was late on the jeep after being reasured that it was okay by him and saying i would not be effected on the jeeps return of 2000 dollars to the down payment also he repossed the mustang and is now reselling it for the value at top price for more money I would like to either see the 2000 dollars he promissed as the down pyment intitled to me or rescieve the mustang back in my mothers and my name if either one is able to be done. please take a look in the the files Everybodys Auto Sales in Lexington off New Circle RD. under the files that has sales for a Christopher Jefferson and resolve the matter also if i may take any other actions please let me know at kentucky329@yahoo.com or contact me at 502-379-9915 if you need more info. If it helps my case I am a retired vet. felt as if i have been done wrong by Everybodys Auto sales"
