"I spoke to Dino Pappas Relations Manager at Etrade assigned to me as early at 10-7-10 regarding the 10-15-10 deadline to open my SEP IRA, so I could deposit my monies. He advised on this date, there would be no problem. I have confirmed of when I faxed information to him, and sent papers by certified mail confirming their receipt date of 10-12-10. Three days before the deadline."
