Claimant says:
"I had a reaction to the drug Abilify which caused me to have a stroke and memory loss which led me to loose my job, home, auto, and now I am disabled. I am claiming that Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. is defrauding the Federal Government by having my disability which was caused by the drug Abilify. The drug Abilify has caused me to be disabled. I have had to file for disability at the age of 40. My income was more than $50,000 per year and has been reduced to poverty level under$15,000 per year. The federal government is paying for my disability due to the release of this medication. Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. has paid over 300 million in the state of California for fraud and the company continues to fraud the government in my case. This is a multi-billion dollar company who is profiting while patients are suffering the outcome of there drugs effects. I am asking for the reimbursement of the home, car, personal items, pain and suffering, inability to care for my son due to the medication.
Home loss $150,000, Employment for the year and years of income 1 million 300 thousand I had to file for bankruptcy which was over $100,000 and pain and suffering which can not have a dollar amount attached to it. I am hoping that this can be settled."
