Claimant says:
"On Sept 25th, 2014 we entered an agreement to purchase a 11600 gallon propane trailer. To secure this trailer we wired a deposit in the amount of $38,976.00 to Jim Estes at Estes Trading Inc. On Sept 25th, 2014. The remaining amount due would be paid when the trailer was completed and ready for delivery or pickup. According to the invoiced that we received from Estes Trading Inc. the trailer would be completed 11 weeks from time of the deposit. The trailer should have been completed on December 11th, 2014 for pickup or delivery. It is now February 18th, 2016, over 14 months after we should have received the trailer. We made numerous attempts to receive our trailer in the following months after December 11th, 2014. Until late February 2015, when we had to purchase a trailer from another broker. We feel we are more than entitled to our deposit returned in full."
