"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
THIS PAST YEAR I'VE BEEN SUBJECT TO A WATER LOSS ESCALATING TO A RIDICULOUS MONTHLY COST OF $$156.13 FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2014.I'VE BEEN TOLD MY AVERAGE WATER BILL SHOULD NOT HAVE EXCEEDED $65.00.WITH NO LAWN IN REAR YARD AND ONLY TWO SAMLL LAWNS IN FRONT.ALONG WITH ONLY TWO SENIOR ADULTS LIVING HERE SINCE 1990.I'M ABSOLUTELY IN RAGGED OVER THE LOSS OF WATER DUE TO YOUR INSTALLING A WATER METER JUST OVER A YEAR AGO A MY RESIDENT.I'VE SPOKEN TO YOUR OFFICE EMPLOYEE WHO INTURN SENT OUT YOUR FOREMAN JOSE CARRILLO.HE STATED WE DONT COMPENSATE FOR WATER LOSS IF ON OWNERS SIDE.BUT,I N THIS CASE IT IS THE WATER COMPANY'S LIABILITY WITH NEGLIGENCE IN POOR WORKMANSHIP RIGHT AT THE PVC PIPE WHERE THE METER WAS INSTALLED. I DO HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE IT AND WILL HAVE TO TAKE THIS ISSUE TO CALL CRAIG TV NEWS AND SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF I'M NOT COMPENSATED FOR MY LOSS. AGAIN THE AMOUNT OF$ 553.00 BE REIMBURSED THIS AMOUNT WITHIN 30 DAYS OR CREDIT ME OVER THE NEXT SIX MONTHS. OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION COMMENCING BY JUNE 2014.
