Dennis F. says: After having my home built in Elk Grove 20 years later Elk Grove water meters were installed and soon after a leak at the water meter.After several months of astounding water bills I had Elk Grove water Co. come out to inspect their labor job to find a leak do to faulty installation.There after inspecting the leak they had changed over again this time to to brass fittings from PVC plastic.Their negligence and liability to imburse me for my loss of water bills increased up to $175. Per month doubling from my average bill of $68-70 per month.My estimation over paid $500 due to loss of water.
