Claimant says:
"I am not a vindictive person, however since you picked up my 50% deposit, nothing has been done per our service contract of October 3rd, 2016. To start on the 8th - 18th of November, 2016. It started going South when I had to call you on the 9th. The 10th - 17th, other tearing down my existing deck, no viable construction was done. I fired you on the 17th and ask you to refund my deposit and clear the trash from my deck. As of this typing the new contractor will dispose of the trash and I still have not heard from you about my $1632.50."

  • Thats fine, you can try, but the sud you had out there is my witness that all materials for framing the entire deck was indeed there.

  • To show that you're lying through your teeth, I have attached a statement from the contractor that presently constructing my deck. I'm still working on a statement from James Grey w/pictures. And the reason he walked off the project was primary, the lack of building material. So you keep on lying about that material you want me to pay for.

  • 12/27/2016: Just returned from small claim's court, picking up forms. Also stopped by Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (RBD) and found out that Elite Military Construction is not licensed to worked in construction. They have expressed interest in my claim, should I have to file! They suggested that I also fax/send copies of the court proceedings to them (RBD), The BBB, and Homeadvisor. The way Mrs King talked, I got the impression, they don't like individuals circumventing the system. Your move!
