Claimant says:
"Elite Marketing and Sales, 330 South Wells, Ste 212, Chicago, Illinois, 312-340-0291 was suppose to sell my time shares in Mexico.  This started August 17, 2016 and is still not resolved.  I have been sending money to Mexican banks to the sum of over $130,000.00.  I'm suppose to get over $185,000.00.  But every time I send them money they tell me just one more payment.  I finally said, no more.  I think this now a scam. They keep passing me off to different people in their company.  Here are some of the people I have talked with.  Mike Wilson, Angela Cummins, Marc Roberts, James Alexander plus two other people. I have all the documentation and the wire transfers.

  • My name is Darren June and I also have been ripped off for over 20 thousand dollars. I have been dealing with Elite Marketing since November of 2016 and each time I have made a payment after being told there were no more payments,  they always ask for another payment. I own a United Vacation Club package and was contacted by the same people as you were. First it was a company in Atlanta by a guy named Matt Reynolds and then I got a call from several people at Elite Marketing.  The last guy was a man named Mark Macias. Please contact me at 262-497-2888 so we can discuss this more in detail.

  • To the claimant: Can you clarify a few things here:

    • You already own your share(s) in the property, right?  Were you issued a deed for your shares, or does a developer own the property and you have a leased ownership arrangement?
    • Is Elite Marketing & Sales an owner (or the owner or developer) or purely a broker?
    • Elite is in Chicago; who is it you send money to in Mexico?  
    • Do you have relevant documentation, i.e. sales brochure, deed or other contract; both for your original purchase and?
