Claimant says:
"I placed an order for an Eko - the rainbow edition - and had it engraved as I intended to have it for a long time. I just started residency so this is a big investment but I think it could be worth it. When I opened up my box, I was shocked there was a black head on my stethoscope. I don't understand how this happened, maybe a glitch in the website or something. I reached out to Customer Support who was super dismissive. I really feel devistated as this is an essential part of my practice."
