Claimant says:
"I paid $1200 to have my deck stained and then sealed by a professional painter. It turned out that the brown stain got all over the white walls on the side of the house. The deck seal got all over the greenhouse kitchen window and all over the glass slats on the kitchen door. I also paid to have bad deck boards replaced with good ones that were stained and sealed. The sealant on the deck itself left yellow spots and blotches when it dried. The painter gave the sealing spray job to his young son to do who has little or no experience in doing it instead of doing the job himself which was what we paid for. Despite repeated phone calla and text messages that I sent him, he has made excuses and given me a run-around and has not shown up to complete the job. I am dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and irresponsibility shown to me and I want the job completed or a refund given for the money that was paid."
