"I ordered four 2011 Silver Eagles from this rip off on 18 January, 2011, at $34.95 ea, and $11.95 shipping for a total of $151.75. I have never received my order and their listed phone numbers are no good. I paid by check, which they promptly cashed. I want satisfaction! I'd like to get my hands on you guys."

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

  • "UPM Global, LLC is in receipt of the above referenced claim against Eagle National Mint/ American Coin Treasures/UPM Global LLC.

    Please be advised that your purchase was made from Eagle National Mint. UPM Global, LLC had no involvement, or interest in your transaction. UPM Global LLC is a former supplier to Eagle National Mint. There does not exist, nor has there ever existed, an equity interest, or any other formal affiliation between the two companies.

    Eagle National mint is no longer in business. They decided to provide a referral to our website, AmericanCoinTreasures.com, for the sole purpose of providing an outlet for their former customer’s to purchase products similar to those formerly sold by them.

    Pursuant to the foregoing, UPM Global, LLC denies any responsibility for your claim.
