Claimant says:
"We hired EZ Cut to remove branches in our backyard that were damaged from our last storm. They ruined our backyard and refused to do anything about it. Said they could bring in a load of black dirt but we would have to spread it and seed it ourselves. We had to call a landscaper in and have it fixed. They said they had never seen such a mess. And of course we had to pay out another $700.00 to have it fixed. When my husband tried to talk to the owner of EZ Cut john kunesh, he said not to call him again and hung up on him.."

  • The complaintent was in formed of the weight of the euqpiment being brought in to do the work and potenial lawn damage i did offer to bring in black dirt no seed i was told that that was not good enough he even told me he was aware of the weight of the euquipment and even told me the weighrt wich was correct
