"I had a complaint wih E-machines, I am unemployed and I spend 100 dollars calling E-machiness to fix my computer problem they did not, I had to end up spending over 5.00 dollar for it to be fixed. E-machines could have fixes my problem , but the did not do it. I am out of work so the internet is my only life line, and E-machines should have fixes it."

  • Under the circumstances, because they were unable to repair your computer, and it seems from your description that you were then able to have repaired, it seems fair for your $100 to be returned as they were unable to fix the computer. However, while it was unfortunate that you were unable to use the internet for a time period, you were in the end, it seems, able to repair your computer, which e-machines should not be responsible for the subsequent successful repair or for your time without your computer simply because they were unable to repair it.
