Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This company is owned by Scott Walter or Walter Scott but the person that called me to become an affiliate with DW Scott Financial said he was the co-owner and promised I would make $68,243 in six months and said he would put it in writing and gave me his phone number but when I called him the next day to have him put it in writing his voice mail was full or he did not answer his phone. I talked to so many people from that company trying to get my money and the promises they made me. I have been paid $1200 for the investment they got from me. I was given their gold plan. They were the rudest people to talk to when you called about your money. they would lie and tell you the check is in the mail or it must have gotten lost and when you received the check the date on it told you it had never been mailed. They would never pay you for your residual income as promised. You would only talk to the young ladies that answered the phone and there were always new names, Angela, Jessica, Sabrina and the list went on. Then when I finally got angry enough I called and talked to John George in October 16, 2010 and he promised to put someone to work hard on my campaign for me to make earnings and said I was promised the minimum of 125% of my investment of $7000 which is $8750, of course, I never received this. I got a 1099 for 2010 for $1200 and this is all the money I have received from this company. They were very rude to work with and continuously made false promises to you. John George promised me all these things as well and nothing I mean nothing has happened; therefore, I want to be paid what I think I should be paid. I do not want anything less. They have done nothing but lie to me on a continuous basis."

  • I was taken for $15K to earn guaranteed income of $68,340. I received about $1200 and their communication stopped. I filed a claim against DW Scott with the Atty General of Arizona and response is not favorable. DW continues to operate scamming and defrauding people, and when and if the law catches up, they will just shut it down and start up another!
