Claimant says:
"They sell cars to people knowing that there are mechanical issues (that they don't warranty after selling the vehicle) that they refuse to fix before placing a vehicle up for sale. When the mechanical failure is brought to there attention there response is, that isn't covered under our warranty andyou will have to pay out of your own pocket to fix it. Even though they were made aware that the failure of parts will cause more damage, they are unconcerned.
Had to put my car in the shop to have the ECM replaced and the shop kept my car for 5 weeks! And after paying my co-pay, the issue isn't resolved. So now I am stuck paying for a car that doesn't run.
I feel that their dishonest approach to selling vehicles and their use of repair shops that are not only poor in knowledge but also in customer service and skills, is unexcuseable and deceptive. Just because their customers don't have high credit scores or a large amount of money to place as a downpayment, it doesn't give them the right to take advantage of them."
