"Went in for a filling on my front tooth, her file hit my two left teeth and chipped them, went back 3 times to try to get her to fix the chips, she not only did not fix the front tooth, she wouldn't fix the ones that she chipped! She also said that I should leave the office and go shopping or somewhere because I did not need to stay there and wait on my husband.The insurance company has paid and she has sent us a bill for service that she actually did not do."
