    "Dominion Transmission, Inc. is willing to pay the claimant for reasonable damages and out of pocket expenses in relation to the right of way easement construction on their property provided that the claimant can provide a verifiable and true reciept of payment to vendors (i.e. horse boarding, furiniture stores, car detailers, pond servicers etc.) that would reflect a loss above and beyond the damages compensation already paid to claimant."
