Claimant says:
"I started with century link in November 2013. I paid the first bill for internet service and was encouraged to "Bundle" and that I would pay less for Bundling and would receive a 150.00 Visa gift card. I have to this day not seen a "bundle" billing, have not been charged for phone services yet {though I am sure it will show up on my credit as non-payment somewhere in the future???), and have not received the Visa gift card I was promised. I have four different account numbers with Century Link, I have been turned over to a credit agency, I have been threatened that until I pay the "higher" bills I have received separately for services I will not receive my "Bundle" package I ordered over three months ago, and that I will be turned over to a credit reporting agency for the second time. I have been treated very rudely by the Century Link representatives, save a few who feel sorry for me??
I have been told today that my services will be disconnected for non-payment instead of getting my accounts straightened out and my services and payments corrected."
