"I try cancel directv cause of too many problems with the service ..as i just opened an account. they wont let me cancel. so i told them i will leave my location in order for the them to let me go so i can get another service. they never told me i will of to pay 400 dollars until they decide to cut it. so they went in my bank account and pull 495 dollars. putting in negative balance fee..i was getting problem from the start but they wont let me cancel. please looking to this matter for me that you.
