Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am having a constant problem with the reception. I keep calling them and they keep giving me the run-around. As you know in Miami we get rain almost every day. A few little clouds come, and no service for one to three hours. This has been happening almost every day for the last months and I'm getting tired of complaining but they refuse to give me any kind of credit for there bad service. All they do is advertise great customer service, ( what a joke) They only care about steeling my money. What is happening with these big bullies of companies. Thank you, Rene."
