Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On May 7, 2012 I called your service department regarding a concern that our one receiver was not acquiring programing. An appointment was made for a technician to be here on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 between 8am and 12pm. The young man who announced himself as Jesus, stated the problem was in the Disc and that he had fixed the problem. He never pulled up programming at the time. After he left we found we could not receive programs on our receiver. I called back at 12:35pm. Your employee stared she would get someone back today and they would call within 60 min. They did not cal back. I called your company back at 4:25pm. I was told the previous employee had rescheduled a technician for the next day. At that point it was not an acceptable option since we were assured a technician would arrive on May 9th. Again I was told a technician would call within 60 minutes. Again this did not happen. My third call at 5:52pm to your employee informed me that a technician would arrive on May 10th . Your employees though gracious promised resolutions to our concerns.
Our concerns were not addressed as stated. We have been loyal, long term customers of your service. We do not wish to change our services, but the ineptness shown does give one pause.
