Claimant says:
"Digital Landing offered a 150.00 amazon card for signing up to Time Warner Cable on 6/9/2012. After signing up, they made all kind of excuses for not being able to process this. I have contacted the Time Warner but have not received a reply. I would like to receive my amazon card and find out why they are not fulfilling their obligations.

  • I have called customer service at Digital Landng at least 6 times and discussed this problem with them. I never received any information cocerning the rebate or how the rebate was suppose to work. I questioned your representatives and twice was refered to Time Warner Cable to get the informaton needed to secure my 150.00 Amazon rebate. Time Warner advised that they knew nothing about what Digital Landing was offering or any code or any other infrmation required by Digital Landing to get a rebate. It appears Digital Landing is making it impossible to get the rebate.

Message from Digital Landing, Acceller: The customer (Ted Hill) placed an order through us on 6-9-12 for Time Warner Cable Triple Play services. With this order placed, the customer also qualified for a $150 gift card. To date we have not received any rebate documentation from the customer. As stated on the terms and conditions of our rebate program, rebate forms and associated documentation must be received within 90 days of order date to qualify. This qualified the customer as ineligible for a gift card. Due to the inconvenience and delay the customer experienced, we are willing to give the customer the opportunity to submit the gift card documentation to us directly via fax at 1-888-838-5720 or by email at mvivero@acceller.com. Once we receive the gift card documentation from the customer, we will honor the gift card immediately. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our Client Service Department at 786-837-6662.
