"On August 31st at 1:11 p.m. via Coinbase, I sent this company $199 in Bitcoin.
The payment window states do not close this window until transaction is confirmed. It is now September 2, 2020 and the window is still displaying pending.
I have called, emailed, texted and submitted through thier online portal requests for help.
Every time i call it goes to voice mail. They have not called me back."

    Everyone involved needs to submit a complaint @ www.ic3.gov We need to start a class action against these criminals. that is the way to get our money back and put them out of business for good. It is wrong that they would ruin the good name of Crypto Currencies and steal from hard working families. I have purchased many Cloud Mining contracts. this is the only one I have ever had problems with. They know dam well they are getting these messages. They responded to let me know they will take a look into it and that is the only response i got. I have also open a claim with Coinfirm.com . They are located in the UK and they specialize in tracking down cryptos and returning them. I have contacted the FBI. the advised that everyone fill out the for @ www.ic3.gov The more people that fill it out, the better they can investigate. I urge everyone involved to do whatever you can to reach out to others that are victims of this company. Its the only way we can stop them!

    Refund. If it constantly says pending than it gives a false impression that there will be a return on money when it appears to have stalled out and lost in limbo. Offer a refund
