"Falsified documents,disposition reports concerning a juvenile daughter and grandchildren. Causing great pain and suffering. Malicious in nature causeing a no contact order that prevented a mother and father from seeing child or grandchildren for over two years. Many unethical actions were deployed from a no fear of accountability or reprimand. From the official or his superiors. Denial of due process to provide any type of defense or documentation to rebuke the reports being made available to a already baise judge that ruled froom the bench from misinformed lies against mother and father causing mental anguish and unreasonable and permanent damages. Not only physical and mental. Damage to reputation and character."

  • Statement of claim please find this statement for compensation for medical treatment along with unrepairable negligence caused by this government agencie with numerous incidents and lost wages. At this time I'm prepared to file suits in Okaloosa County circuit court. Where I will be asking for $8,000 dollars plus lawyer and other fees available through the small claims circuit. I believe the damages caused are much more and if taking to trial the evidence will definitely show this.
