"Almost all the work you and your son did had to be redone. I sent you two letters to resolve these issues and never heard back from you. The only things that were not replaced were the side door, the driveway, the cement pad, shower curtain rod and hand bars on the bathtub. The front door, which your son hung, is not hung right. The cement pad he poured is cracking because he did not put a spacer to allow for contraction/expansion. I had to get a smaller refrigerator because I could never get ahold of you to shorten up the kitchen counter overhang. A normal size refrigerator did not fit in that space."
