Claimant says:
"Hi my name is Maria Cruz. I just want to fill out a complain about a business name Cyber Mobile. Why? Because the owner of that place Mr. Kevin Diaz lied to me and kept my tablet almost for two months saying he was going to fix it. I had to contact him by phone because I went to his place on 3101 W 26th St. Chicago Il 60623 twice after I left my tablet on August 6, and his business was closed both time after he told to go pick it up. I paid half of the fixing price which was 45.00 dollars. I was calling Mr. Diaz every Friday to see if my tablet was fix. He stopped answering my phone calls and the last time that I went over there was September 10 without calling him. When he saw me he told me he had the screen for my tablet and it was going to take two hours to fix it. I told him it was okay that I was going to wait there while he fix it. He say me stayed there and half hour later he gave my tablet with out fixed it and my money. He told me he was sorry but was not going to take the change to fix it. I told him why you didn't tell that the first time I came here. I hope this complaint is hear because I do not think Mr. Diaz should be playing with people feeling and time.
