Claimant says:
"Club management, without general and open discussion but apparently with several years of advance planning and preparation, unilaterally deprived non-resident members of their long-standing equal voting rights, while continuing charging everyone including these abused members for additional monthly facilities maintenance fees even while planning this unilateral breach of custom and contract. Since I personally will not abide such unethical business practices, and have no desire to associate with their practitioners, I resigned from the club after protesting to no avail after being so disenfranchised. My request and solution is for the club to reimburse the membership initiation fee that I paid when joining, as well as all maintenance fees charged since then as I no longer have a permanent stake in what I now regard as an improper and unethical entity."
