"salesman came to my business to put in bottled water agreement was for watercooler 5 dollars a month rent 5 dollars eack for the waterbottles got 2 of them 1st bill 15.34 no problem . driver came droped off 2 bottles a pack of cups salesman never said there was a charge for cups. second week comes 2 more bottles of water more cups haven't used the first bottle of water yet now we have 3 unopened bottles 2 pack of cups billcomes 14 days after the first one . 52.33 for two weeks driver comes next day sent back cooler 3 bottles of water 2 pack of cups all un opened . called crystal springs man said there was a mistake in the billing cooler rent is14.84 a mo with tax water is now 5.99 each rental on bottle water comes in is 6.00 each each sleeve of cups went from no charge to 3.75 -3.90 each driver dumped water out in my parking lot .have called very rude people in management there . so happens the salesman who sold me this service dosen work there any more . I,ve written letters on every bill they keep ignoring them not paying for a service I didn't use ."
