Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On or about the end of April I purchased a Android phone from the manager at 515 West Lake St Minneapolis, MN. From the being the phone was loaded with email and phone number from other place and people, after charging the phone never ringed or gave email, pops, junk, mail came from everywhere. I could not get the phone to call out at first, they gave me the wrong phone number, the phone started dropping call, The May 1 I call the store and said something was wrong with the phone, no call were come in etc. I was told to come back on Sunday May 3, I went there and was told to come back on Monday May 4th. on May 4th I met the manager and he basically cleared the phone from the emails, phone numbers etc. saying I had germs. I explained that I had not added anything to the phone, except phone numbers and most of those were dropped. I also said volume on the phone was very low, If I was 10 feet from the phone the sound would not be heard. He made a comments, about this is how the phone was., well after some work on the phone the phone started to ring, ok. I took the phone back home and I think I left the receipt with cricket, because at this point, I am unable to find the receipt. Well the phone started dropping call regularly after that, I could not send a text, or received a text, from the phone., The system would not indicate a voice mail, texts, missed phone calls, etc. unable to use voice mail, locate address, etc. The phone is no good. I went back several time to complain about the phone, all I got was the policy statement from the staff no manager in site to talk with about replacing the phone, etc."
