"I had made a reservation for a room thru Orbitz for March 4 and March 5, 2016. My brother was dying of cancer in Marathon and we were going to see him. We got a call at 7.30AM on March 3rd that my brother had passé away. They were going to transport his body to Daytona Beach for his service so we did not need the room after this happened. We tried calling Orbitz and the hotel within hours with no luck. Once we were able to get a person to answer at the hotel they said they would not refund my $493.18 for the room. .
