Claimant says:
"The Credit One Bank is fraudulent......They charged me $75.00 membership ( annually ) just to get started with about a $250.00 credit limit......I never got my Card....I called them...they apologized and said they would send me my card...pronto..Quickly...Never received it .But now they have sent me a Bill statement that purports that Iam late on a product(s) purchase with a card I never Had. Iam supposed to pay them $75.00 annually mind you--just for the priviledge of being a member....So, I called and was talking to Gavi about my dilemma...and was disconnected . So..I called back and got Jeff on the line...went thru everything all over again..He apologized..said to ignore that billing ... I told him that I no longer desired to be a member..and to refund...my Money...he woulfd not Conform to my needs ,and kept Badgering me about the benefit of being a member.....I could NOT GET HIM TO AGREE and refund Me...He wanted to immediately transfer me to A Higher UP Manager or something...to Deal with that Person...I told Him ( Jeff ) that I would not comply...Iwanted to Quit their Bank Club ...and wanted my $75.00 REFUNDED to my Bank account..that is all....It was SILENT for about a minute and half till I said Ok. then...if this is how you are going to be....Iam going to hang-up...and report you to thBB and theFTC...I waited 10 seconds...still nothing said in response ... .So I hung-up...and now here Iam..with you at the BBB ."
