I JUST RECEIVED THE FIRST INVOICE OVER MY COMPUTER WHICH READS: PREFERRED XF DOUBLE PLAY..99.99; HD/DVR SERVICE...5.00 (CALCULATED 2X); SHOWTIME (2X)..5.00; MODEM RENTAL...5.16; MONTHLY PACKAGE...175.69; INSTALLATION AND OTHER FEES 109.90; TAXES...22.25...ESTIMATED TOTAL...307.84.
WHEN I COMPLETED MY SECOND CALL I TOLD THE COMCAST REP THAT I DID NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY & HOW COULD I BE ASSURED THAT THE TOTAL OF $144.43 WOULD BE HONOURED SHE GAVE ME HER WORD AND TOLD ME THAT I COULD REFER TO HER ID # 810-9366. ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OTHER LIES THEY ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE 2 DVRS LIKE I HAD WITH AT&T AND THAT THE INSTALLATION CHARGE WOULD BE WAVED."
