Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Foe a number of years I was a customer of Comcast using their email and FAX. Abruptly on 12-12-13 they cut me off with no explanation. Having been in the Orthopedic business I received the majority of my $15,000.00 to $25,000.00 monthly business through email and or FAX. I spent three days with three employees at their office and no one could tell me why. I then changed to another email company which turned out to be not so good. Then I went to gmail. I then received a bill for $00.00 + with no explanation. I tokk all this to another Comcast office and their computer stated cancelled for lack of payment. I went to my bank and showed them with cancelled checks there were not missed payments. The manager agreed to waive the $00.00+ and set an appointment to reinstate Comcast. It's the only program I can function within properly. The rep came to my house, set everything up then asked for $46.00. I asked WHY and was told money I owed. I cancelled and when he reset everything he had done I had to contact Uverse to get our TV's working properly. Another $150.00 service call.
What can I do to recapture all the money Comcast has cost me?
