Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have had comcast services for about 6 years. I had internet/cable service then decided to drop cable because the bill would always change from month to month, and it would increase??? So I just kept the internet service for the past 3 years at a consistant price of 69.00 a month. This last Dec. 28th a rep (Marco Campos) for comcast stopped by and said he could offer me free cable for a year, and if I wanted to keep it my bill would go up to 105.00 after 12 months. He said with cable and internet my bill would only be 69.99 for the first 12 months (promotional offer). I also have a written contract that shows that. So my first full month bill came and It has gone up to 94.99. I called comcast to find out why and they said that I have the bundle package now and that is my price. So I explained the promotion to them and said that I also had a written contract for the 12 months at 69.99, but they said they couldn't help me. I would like to get this fixed, but not sure who to contact. Comcast in my eyes have horrible customer service and tell you lies to get you hooked again. Something needs to be done."
