Claimant says:
"On March 23, 2012 I purchased a 2003 Suburban from this dealership. It came with a 30 day 1200 mile waranty as well as a promise to pass Maine state inspection. When getting it home we tried to start it the following day and it wouldn't start. After calling the car dealership they told me to take it to my mechanic. My Mechanic said that it needed a fuel pump and had a exhaust leak on the manifold. Both of these things needed to be fixed for a sticker. I was cooresponding with the car dealership through all of this. When I gave them the total they asked that I fax the bill so I did that. After they recieved the bill they stopped answering my calls or returning my messages. I was willing to eat the cost of the exhaust leak if they would cover the fuel pump bill of $416.90. I have yet to get a call back or a reinbursement check. The number that we had been speaking on was (617)605-8585."
