"I brought a new white pair slacks to the cleaner to be shortened only. They charged $36.00, and when I went to pick them up, they were gray. I had just ordered these slacks, and now I cannot wear them. They said it must be a manufacture defect. I have over $100 dollars invested in these slacks, and I can never wear them. They refuse to reimburse me for this damage. I rarely complain about anything, but this totally disgusts me."
