Claimant says:
"On 9-26-17 I ordered shoes for my wife from www.cheapcombopacks.com. I paid
$274.46 plus $15.00 shipping using my L L Bean Visa. The charge appears as $304.97 with merchant listed as AIP*BJLZYHLTD on my account record.
Package arrived on 10-10-17. The wrong shoes were shipped. I began communications with and  "Susan" in Asia begn responding. She said that it was a mistake in their shipping but could not supply correct shoe so advised I should keep shoe I received and get 10% discount. 

 I advised her that wrong shoe is unacceptable and I want full refund as would be expected from mail order that is shipped via U S Postal service. Then began "run around" that makes me believe that this company has no intention of returning my money but instead defraud me.
