"My husband and i have been playing the waiting game with Chase Bank for 21 months. It was suppose to be a modification loan after my husband got layed off. They would not let us out of the process when we realized they were not doing their job. It has srewed our credit, and they are always expecting us to resend paperwork every couple months, mostly due to their excuse of mis placing our paperwork. We do have everything dated and copies of every time they asked for more paperwork. We have proof of all their MISTAKES. Is there anything we can do?"
