Claimant says:
"had my car fix at transmission place call Remco in Brooklyn,NY I broke down on belt parkway and had to be towed to them and contact my Credit Card company to tell them what had happen .they wanted to stop the payment to Remco but since Remco fix it i didn't stop it . Then one week later my car started to act funny and I went back to Remco on a Wednesday the service manger told me to bring it back Friday the the main manger mike told me to bring it back the follow Monday. .I didnt feel comforable since they were switch days on me so i contact chase bank and they made a stop on payment. Another trann place sent a fax to them in what had to be done with my car .They gave me back my money and told me they accept my claim against Remco.i went and had it fix again and now they put the Remco back on Credit Card so now im paying for twotransmission in one car, I feel it very unfair that they put it back on card and Remco got paid for not fixing it right.I feel it chase fault .
Iit was 1932.53 then i had it redone in may2011 at another place."
