Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Today is Day 4 without email service (7-19-17).  I have called SPECTRUM'S technical support and they just agree that service is interrupted; speaking with a rep from Retention yesterday he didn't even know there was an outage.  How can you assist with Client Retention when you don't know what's going on?  Calling Customer Service you get the same recording since Day 1 saying that you might be experiencing Email outage and the technicians are working on it.  THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.  I pay $200.00 per month and expect service, or at least an update.
In addition, 411 stinks.  I can get the same awful service without paying the $1.00!
I  have left a message with ABC Channel 7 Eyewitness News regarding this matter.  I would like nothing more than for it to make the 6pm news!
I have a disability and rely on my email for contact and business.  It's time to look into FIOS.
