Claimant says:
"I paid them 1200 dollars to rebuild a transmission that would not change from first to second gear.That was the only problem.When I got it back,I was told it was fixed and parked it on a Sunday night.Got up to go to work and it looked like about 5-6 quarts of transmission fluid on the asphalt.Had to pay a tow truck 100 dollars to have it towed.I missed 3 days of work because I use that van in my courier service-date7/15-7/18.Got it back and now it won't shift into third gear,the check engine light was on,and the od light flashes all the time.Returned it-missed3 more days of work-date 7/25-7/27.Got it back-exact same problems.They returned it again knowing it wasn't fixed.Took it back and missed two more days of work-date8/4-8/5.Took it back-exact same thing.Missed 2 more days work-date 10/24 and 10/31.I was informed he said it was not his problem but something else was wrong with it and he had no intentions of doing any more work to it.Unbelievable!Now I am out of pocket about 3,350 dollars counting what I paid him,the gas they ran out,tow and time i missed from work.Now I have a van that is in much worse condition than it was when I took it to them.I can't even get it inspected with the check engine light on.As you can see I was more than patient.I still cannot believe the nerve of these people to wreck your car and then refuse to fix it .I would be totally ashamed and somebody would be looking for a job.I need some help before I take him to small claims court which I fully intend to do.Amazingly enough,he gave me a one year warranty even though it was never fixed to begin with.Can you believe that?"
