"wE HIRED CERTIFIED VETERANS COPY REPAIR TO FIX OUR RICOH COPY MACHINE. HE ADVERTISES THAT FOR A 75.00 FEE, HE WILL CLEAN UP YOUR MACHINE AND GET IT WORKING. WE PAID HIM THAT DAY AND TWO DAYS LATER, THE MACHINE STOPPED WORKING. WE CALLED HIM BACK IN WHEREUPON HE TOLD US IT NEEDED PARTS AND THAT IT WOULD BE CHEAPER FOR US TO SIGN A SERVICE CONTRACT. WE GAVE HIM ANOTHER CHECK FOR OVER $400.0 TO COVER THE SECOND TRIP AND THE CONTRACT. HE ALSO TOOK A PART FROM THE MACHINE WITH HIM. WE HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM AGAIN AND THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO. HE TELLS US WHEN WE CALL HIM THAT HE IS COMING THE NEXT DAY BUT HE NOW HAS STOOD US UP THREE TIMES WITH NO COURTESY CALL. WE DEMANDED OUR PART AND OUR MONEY BACK AND HE TOLD US THAT "IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN". THEN HE HUNG UP ON US BECAUSE WE WERE ANGRY. THIS SERVICE IS A JOKE AND HE IS A LIAR AND A SCAM ARTIST. WE HIRED HIM BECAUSE WE THOUGHT WE WERE HELPING A VETERAN AND THIS IS THE THANKS WE GOT. PLEASE SPARE OTHER COMPANIES WHAT WE HAVE GONE THROUGH BY POSTING THIS . THANKS IN ADVANCE IF YOU CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE."
