Claimant says:
"I ordered Direct TV through our centurylink bundling. I was told that I would get 210 channels for $29.99. When the service was set up in my home we got the 210 channel with Showtime and I was told we would get hbo, cinamax etc. When I called and told them this they had put in the wrong package and I was suppose to get these channels for 3 months at no extra charge the package was suppose to be &34.99 with a $5 rebate. Now I got the bill and they are charging me $45 for the hbo etc. Also when I ordered this they told me the price included up to 4 tv's. Now on the bill I am getting charged for 3 receivers that are $6 a piece and I would not even got 4 if I would have known this. I paid the bill for I want good credit. We were Centurylink contomers since 1972. I am ready to cancel it all, what should I do? Also I have been on the phone with both Centurylink and Direct alot this last month and I can't get anywhere. I even ask to talk to s supervisor. Centurylink gave me a $50 credit but I just want what I was told. I diffently was mis lead. thanks"
