"have a seasonal summer cabin on GGull Lake,near Brainerd.we wanted internet sevice for the summer months------and land line phone as well........tech man came out twice to hook up--------to no avail-------no service bills were sent to my home in Bloomington--not knowing we were not connected ------nearly 400.00 was paid-no service--called to disconnect whatever and close the acct,------bills kept coming then were sent to the cbin [these were returnrd as we have no mailbox------we were turned over to collection------called c.link and they were rude impoosible the same withthe cllectors-------actually they owe me $$$ [money Isent unknowing we were not connected]...I take pride in my crediet-----and has caused my credie to plument from 806 to 655--------IIam retired and had a sucessful business-----and good credit--------please give this serious concideration---------i now have another surce for internet no strings only honest and good service----sincerely Wells gustafson"
